Exchanges for wrong or damaged items?
Exchanges are offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact us within 30 days from your order date at email@example.com with photos of wrong/damaged items and we’ll sort that out for you. The wrong or damaged item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition you received it.
Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?
We will happily offer a ONE-TIME SIZE EXCHANGE only on apparel (same style & same design), within 30 days from your order date to make sure you are happy with your fit. Again, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. We do not offer returns or exchanges on accessories.
YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR SHIPPING COSTS TO RETURN YOUR ITEM TO US, but we will cover the cost to send your new size out to you.
Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 30 days of your order date if you are interested in exchanging your order for a new size of the same style and same design.
Once your item has been received and inspected, we will begin fulfillment of your new order.

Though rare, it's possible that an item you ordered was mislabelled. If that’s the case, please let us know at email@example.com within a week after receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we’ll send you a new one.
